Did you know that Philippines is included here? Well we are always like that in terms of worst situations but sometimes we are also on the news if someone wins in boxing or billiards.
Manny Pacquiao and Efren Bata Reyes is making us proud good thing they're filipinos. But in terms of roads, we are on top 10 as well. I just hope that our new Government will do something about this so we won't be included on this list next time. It's a shame to be a part of this list. You may watch the video here on this link.
